Navin Kumar
holds a PhD in Law from Chaudhary Devi Lal University, India. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at Bharat College of Law, Kurukshetra, Haryana, India. His specialized areas are criminal law and human rights. Dr. Kumar has published 23 research papers in reputed national and international journals, many of which are Scopus-indexed. His interdisciplinary work covers artificial intelligence in criminal justice, cyber law, victim compensation, and legal reforms.
