Naveenraj Xavier
is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Management at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Vadapalani Campus. He has several years of academic and professional experience in the field of management education and research. His research interests include organizational psychology, workplace environment, strategic management, customer loyalty, and service quality. With a strong background in teaching and mentoring, he focuses on how leadership and organizational behavior influence employee performance and business outcomes. Before joining SRMIST, he gained valuable experience through academic coordination, corporate interactions, and consultancy-related activities that enhanced his practical understanding of business management. Dr. Naveenraj actively encourages students to engage in research, critical thinking, and industry-oriented learning. He also organizes industrial visits, workshops, and extension activities to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Through his teaching, research, and professional involvement, he aims to develop competent and responsible management professionals equipped with analytical, ethical, and leadership skills.
