Narcisan S. Galamiton
is a Professor of Information Technology at Cebu Technological University Main Campus. Her research spans pedagogy, AI, and digital literacy, with a focus on creating inclusive and equitable learning environments in computing education. She leads initiatives that integrate community engagement, mentorship, and technology innovation, including the BarangayConnect Training project, and guides students in national IT competitions. Dr. Galamiton is particularly committed to fostering participation and success among underrepresented learners in technology, emphasizing gender-inclusive practices, collaborative learning, and curriculum strategies that support equity and belonging in computer science education.
