Naoual Bouhtati
is a doctoral student in Business Management at the Ecole Nationale de Commerce et Gestion de Fès, Sidi Mohamed ben Abdellah University (Morocco), and a researcher at the LAREMEF Laboratory. Preparing a thesis in logistics management, the researcher has explored numerous questions on the subject, particularly in terms of determinants, measurement and management indicators, as well as studying numerous contexts such as mass retailing, small shops, hospitals and local produce.
