Nandita Pradhan
Nandita Pradhan
is the head of the ECE and CRT department. She did B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering in 1985, M.E. in Communication Systems from the Govt. Engineering College, Jabalpur in 1991 and Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from AKTU, Lucknow. She began her professional journey as a Lecturer in the Department of ECE at Government Engineering College, Jabalpur in 1985 and served in that position until 1997. From 2001 to 2011, she worked as a Professor and Head of the Departments of ECE and EIE at Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology in Greater Noida. Since 2014, she has been associated with United Group of Institutions (UGI), Allahabad, where she currently holds the positions of Professor, Dean of Students Welfare, and Head of the Department of ECE. She also actively promotes value addition programs and serves as a coordinator for the GATE program, Innovation Cell, and Startup Cell at UGI, Allahabad. She has also published several papers in esteemed journals and conferences, with a particular emphasis on areas such as Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Digital Image Processing (DIP), Medical Imaging, and Biomedical Instrumentation.
