N. Sivakumar
Dr.
N. Sivakumar
is a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Federated Learning from the University of South Florida, USA, and currently serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at Marwadi University, Gujarat, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University, Tamil Nadu, with a specialization in hybrid algorithmic approaches for fraud detection in online transactions. With over 13 years of combined experience in research and teaching, his expertise spans Federated Learning, Data Science, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, and Programming. He is guiding Ph.D. and Post-Doctoral scholars in the areas of multimodal federated learning for brain tumor classification, FL optimization for medical data, and privacy-preserving distributed AI. Dr. Sivakumar is an active researcher with several Q1/Q2 journal publications and SCOPUS-indexed conference papers. He is also an inventor with five published Indian patents and an author of the book Artificial Intelligence with Machine Learning. His work has received Best Paper Awards, and he has served as a Session Chair and Track Chair in international conferences, including IEEE-sponsored events. He is a Microsoft Certified Azure Data Scientist Associate, AWS Certified Educator, and ORACLE-certified database professional.
