Has a Doctorate in Management, Master degree in Human Resources Management, Master in Commerce and also demonstrated a commitment to excellence of the department and university. Also have more than 4 years of experience as a HR Executive in IT and non- IT companies. Being a Director -Centre for Strategic Human Capital Management, I have also conducted various training programs for students as well as corporate employees. Corporate Trainer: Leveraging a 20 years track record of delivering high-impact training programs, I specialize in empowering professionals with the skills needed to thrive in today's competitive business landscape. Worked with various international accreditation organisation - AMBA (BGA) and EDIFY - international trainers and LINKED IN Learning - Courses for MBA students. Global SHRM/KPMG/ CMA - certification courses Member of NHRD organization through which I have attended various international and national level conference. Have also been part of SHRM committee and attended various round table conference in the year 2020. Member of INSPIRA-IRA and IARA. I have published many papers in SCOPUS and UGC recognised journal along with 2 patents. I have also received national award for excellence in commerce and management by global foundation and Indonesia university.
