Murat Can Atalay
Dr.
Murat Can Atalay
conducts research in the fields of business management and organizational behavior. He completed his B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering at Doğuş University, followed by an M.Sc. in Engineering and Technology Management. He earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration with a dissertation examining the mediating role of psychological capital in the relationship between managerial coaching behavior, and organizational commitment. His academic interests include managerial coaching behavior, organizational commitment, psychological capital, leadership development, strategic management, and the effects of digital transformation on employee behavior. In his professional career, he has held strategic roles such as product and technology growth manager, digital product ownership, and Turkey sales management within a leading company operating in the heavy machinery industry in Turkey. He holds certifications in process improvement and strategic decision-making and has completed various leadership development programs.
