Mulyadi Mulyadi
Mulyadi
, an academic professional with a significant background in educational management, has cultivated an extensive career in teaching and research. Born on November 4, 1973, in Bone, he pursued his higher education at Universitas Muslim Indonesia (UMI), earning his bachelor's degree in Ushuluddin in 1997. He furthered his education by obtaining a master’s degree in Educational Management from PPS UNM in 2002 and a doctorate in Educational Science from the same institution in 2018. Over the years, Dr. Mulyadi has actively contributed to the academic community through teaching various subjects in educational foundations, evaluation, and counseling at Universitas Islam Makassar. His professional development includes participating in numerous workshops, seminars, and training sessions, both as a participant and a contributor, enhancing his expertise in educational methodologies and Islamic education. In addition to his academic duties, he has played a pivotal role in organizational activities, including serving as a secretary for the Nahdlatul Ulama in Makassar and contributing to educational development programs at various levels. His research interests are diverse, encompassing the evaluation of teacher performance post-certification, the development of educational models for marginalized communities, and the social-emotional development of early childhood education.
