Muhammad Tariq Iqbal Khan
is currently working as a Lecturer in Economics at the Government Postgraduate College, Jaranwala. He started his research career as an Internee at the Technology transfer Institute. He joined Higher Education Department Punjab on 18-08-2012, as Lecturer in Economics. He has more than 12 years of teaching and research experience. He passed B.Sc. (Hons.) Agricultural and Resources Economics in 2011 from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. During his education, He actively participated in university-level competitions at the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. He five times won the Quiz Competition at the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad during graduation. He got M.Phil. Economics degree from the Government College University, Faisalabad in 2016. In 2017, He enrolled Ph.D. Economics from Government College University, Faisalabad. During his career, he has published 55research publications in refereed International and national journals, including 18 research papers that have been published in impact factor journals. The cumulative impact factor of his research is 200, having 1866 citations and an h-index 20. His current research focus is on disaster management, marketing efficiency, environmental economics, and agricultural economics.
