Monia Ennouri

Monia Ennouri studied food science engineering at National Engineering School of Sfax, Tunisia and graduated as engineer in 1999, She then joined the University of Montpellier II (sciences et technique) for a master degree. She received her phD degree in 2006 at Faculty of Pharmacy of Montpellier and University of Sfax, She obtained in 2006 a position of an assistant professor at ISSAT Mahdia University of Monastir (Tunisia) and a position of associate professor at 2017 in the same university. Since 2013 she is an expert in sensory analysis of olive oil. Since 2020 she is an associate professor at olive tree institute of Sfax (Tunisia). She has published more than 28 research articles in food science field.
