Moksh Gupta
Moksh Gupta
is a sophomore at Williamsville East High School with a strong passion for science, discovery, and community service. He holds leadership roles in the Medical Outreach Club, Science Bowl Team, Indian Cultural Club, and his school’s FBLA chapter, where he is a member of the FBLA Honor Society and a two-time national qualifier with multiple state-level awards. He is also an award-winning Science Olympiad competitor, with top regional placements in biology and chemistry events. Moksh has completed over 200 volunteer hours, serves on the advisory board of the Amherst Youth Engaged in Service (Y.E.S.) Program, and has received both the Gold and Bronze Presidential Volunteer Service Awards. As a Mental Health Ambassador for the Bridges from Borders initiative, he co-hosts a podcast promoting awareness and open dialogue around mental health. Moksh is also a co-author of two published cybersecurity research book chapters and was selected as a finalist for the International GENIUS Olympiad competition. In addition, he plays alto saxophone in his school’s Wind Ensemble and has been selected for both the All-County and Area All-State bands.
