Mohsina Hayat
Dr.
Mohsina Hayat
is an accomplished academic professional with over 23 years of teaching experience in the fields of Economics and Finance. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Finance Coordinator at the School of Commerce, Jain (Deemed-to-be University), she has previously held permanent faculty positions at Arya College of Management and Technology, Rajasthan Technical University, and Akhtari Quershi Girls Degree College. Her extensive teaching portfolio also includes guest faculty roles at prestigious institutions such as Jamia Millia Islamia and Aligarh Muslim University. Dr. Hayat holds a PhD, M.A., and MBA (First Class) and has consistently demonstrated her dedication to higher education through her numerous publications, including 30 peer-reviewed research papers, 12 books, and 6 book chapters. She is actively engaged in academic and research endeavors, having presented papers at 23 conferences and participated in 31 workshops and faculty development programs. In addition to her teaching career, Dr. Hayat is a member of the Indian Accounting Association (NCR Chapter) and serves as a reviewer for the International Journal of Economics, Finance and Management Sciences. Her innovative contributions to academia include two patent applications and ongoing research guidance for PhD candidates at Jain University. Known for her strong leadership and organizational skills, Dr. Hayat is dedicated to fostering student success through the development of self-reliance, research interests, and effective communication. She is highly regarded for her ability to create and implement programs that not only enhance academic learning but also boost the morale and leadership capabilities of students.
