Mohammed Musah
is currently assistant professor of educational management and leadership at Bahrain Teachers College. Previously taught at International Islamic University Malaysia, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Islamic Science University of Malaysia, and Abu Dhabi University. Research in Education; Educational Leadership, Educational Theory, Educational Planning, School Management and supervision. Followership; Followership styles, theories, and its role in organisational success. Research on Leadership; Leadership Skills, Management, and preparing Measurement instruments using the skills of both Qualitative and Quantitative Methods, Organisational Climate. Research Methodology, with particular focus on quantitative methods in social science research.
