Mohammad Shariful Islam
is an academic enthusiast based in Australia, with a strong focus on core areas of business and management, and a keen interest in the evolving digital entrepreneurship ecosystem. He holds a double master’s degree from the University of Wollongong, specializing in Supply Chain Management and Project Management. His academic interests encompass strategic management, operations, digital transformation, and organizational behavior fields essential to navigating today’s dynamic and technology-driven business landscape. During his postgraduate studies, Shariful engaged in a broad range of critical subjects, including Strategic Procurement, Advanced Supply Chain Management, Project Portfolio Management, Logistics Systems, and Total Quality Management. These experiences strengthened his ability to analyze and manage complex business systems, fostering expertise in evidence-based decision-making and operational efficiency. Shariful’s research centers on the transformative role of digital technologies in business and management. He is particularly focused on how automation, artificial intelligence, analytics, and integrated platforms reshape supply chains, enhance organizational agility, and drive sustainable practices. His forthcoming doctoral research aims to further explore the intersection of digital transformation, strategic operations, and organizational performance. His foundational academic journey began at the American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB), where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and was honored with the prestigious Chairman’s (Leadership) Award (Gold Medal) for outstanding academic performance and leadership.
