Mohamed Yacine

Mohamed Yacine holds dual doctorates in entrepreneurship and business administration from Sheffield Hallam University and Business School Netherlands. He has earned certifications from international institutions, including the International Labor Organisation's STED certification, highlighting his expertise in economic development. With extensive experience in logistics, marketing, the mobile industry, training, consultancy, agribusiness, and edutech, Mohamed's venture AL INSIGHTS offers training, coaching, and capacity-building services to universities, incubators, and researchers, focusing on open innovation. His action learning and gamification methods have engaged over 5,000 managers and entrepreneurs across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the US. Mohamed contributes to policy-making for entrepreneurship and employability, facilitates knowledge exchange between industries and universities, and conducts research on business incubation and capacity building with GIZ Germany, AUF Canada, and Orange Corners Netherlands. He also mentors emerging entrepreneurs through programs at Aston University Birmingham, SEO London, Green Energy Incubation Program Africa, and Futurize Incubation Programme. His track record includes developing MBA and EMBA programs for European and UK universities, where he also lectures and mentors students. He is a faculty member of Business school Netherlands and director of BSN Algeria campus. Currently, Mohamed is the MBA Program Leader at Regent European University, committed to advancing entrepreneurship and business education.
