Mohamed El Bakali
, senior lecturer at the Higher Institute of Nursing and Health Techniques – Kenitra branch, has been teaching biostatistics, research methodology, and epidemiology since 2024. Previously, starting from 2011, he led the evaluation of social programs targeting vulnerable populations at the central headquarters of Entraide Nationale. Holding a doctorate in epidemiology and biostatistics, a master's degree in neurobiology, pharmacology, and genetics, a bachelor's degree in life sciences, and a diploma in private Arab law, he has authored numerous Scopus-indexed articles in environmental and life sciences. His expertise includes biostatistical analysis (R, Python, SPSS), machine learning and deep learning techniques (1D CNN with self-attention, XGBoost, PySR), and project management. He communicates fluently in Arabic and French and possesses intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish.
