Miguel Ruiz Jaimes
Miguel Ángel Ruiz Jaimes
is a Professor and Researcher at the Universidad Politécnica del Estado de Morelos (UPEMOR), Mexico. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Systems Engineering and is a member of the National System of Researchers (SNI Level I). His work focuses on information technologies, computer networks, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and digital governance. He has authored and co-authored scientific articles and book chapters published by IGI Global, MDPI, IEEE, and other international publishers. He also serves as a peer reviewer for journals such as IJCoPI and BEEI. His research interests include AI ethics, cybersecurity in critical infrastructures, algorithmic transparency, and digital transformation in the public sector.
