Michele Berke
Michele Berke
, Ph.D. currently works at the California School for the Deaf (CSD) in Fremont as the Principal for the Early Childhood Education Department. Prior to this position, she was the Student Outcomes Specialist, responsible for assessment and data analysis, also at CSD. Berke completed her doctoral studies in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from the University of Colorado in Boulder. The focus of her research was on exploring the shared reading practices of Deaf and hearing mothers and their pre-school children.
