Michael Kipkemei Sang
Michael Sang
holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law from the University of Cape Town, South Africa and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Moi University, Eldoret. The author is also an Advocate of the High Court with a Post Graduate Diploma in Law and employed in public service as a Prosecutor currently holding the position of Acting Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions (Ag. DDPP). The author is in charge of the Department of Regional, County Affairs and Regulatory Prosecutions and also the Head of the Counter - Terrorism and Transnational Organized Crimes Division at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and is based in Nairobi.
