Melissa Li Sa Liow

Melissa Liow Li Sa
presently serves as the Assistant Director (Academic) at PSB Academy, where she collaborates with a team of Course Directors to oversee both undergraduate and postgraduate Business courses offered in partnership with Coventry University. Dr. Liow graduated with a Bachelor of Business Degree from University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Masters in Business Administration from University of Wales (UOW) and PhD in Business from International University of Malaya-Wales (IUMW). Dr Liow has taught subjects in the Business Venturing, Management, Marketing, Tourism and Hospitality Management disciplines at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. She has provided supervision to Masters and Doctoral candidates specialising in the fields of Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management and Marketing. She actively participates as a reviewer for esteemed publications including the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Journal of Global Hospitality and Tourism, ASEAN Journal on Hospitality and Tourism, as well as book chapters for IGI Global.
