Melahat Batu Ağırkaya
Melahat Batu Agirkaya
is currently working as Assoc. Prof. Dr. at Igdir University Banking and Finance Program. Bachelor's degree from Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Finance in 1990, In 2013, she received her master's degree in Economics from Kafkas University and in 2020 she received her doctorate degree from Atatürk University. She is currently working as the Head of the Department of Banking, Finance and Insurance at Igdir University. She is the author/co-author of books and book chapters, many journal and conference articles. She is an active researcher. Her research interests include economic growth, development, systemic risks, banks, migration, energy studies.
