McKenna P. Sperry

McKenna Sperry recently completed her MSc in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program at the University of Calgary, under the supervision of Dr. Thomas O'Neill. She has extensive facilitation experience and supports collaborative efforts between the Individual and Team Performance lab and the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary to help students develop essential teamwork skills. McKenna's master's thesis investigated neurodivergent engineering students' teamwork experiences, specifically focusing on what students think and do as they manage challenges and opportunities within team settings. Her other research interests include team processes and the impact of team interventions, as well as equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.
