Matthias Teine
Matthias Teine
received his Ph. D. in 2022 from the Paderborn University for his research on the participatory design of digital learning offers in vocational education. Currently, he is working as an expert for leadership development and cultural change at a Germany-based logistics provider with more than 23.000 international associates. Since 2016, Matthias works in expert positions for renowned international companies ranging from 2.500 to more than 400.000 employees and wrote his doctoral thesis extra-professionally. Hence, it is important to him that his research helps improving practice and that his practical work is in-line with the latest research findings. His focus topics are adult education, cultural change in organization, digital learning, leadership development, and participatory design.
