Maryia Zaitsava

Maryia Zaitsava is an Assistant Professor of Organization Studies at the University of Cagliari and co-founder of the academic spin-off WEsion. She is also a visiting research fellow in Liverpool Business School (Liverpool John Moores University). She has experience in managing startups in AI, Smart Cities, Digital Health, and AR fields. Her research focus is on organizational challenges and opportunities of the early stage of technology innovation. Zaitsava's studies have been published in peer-reviewed journals. She also co-authored two books on nascent women entrepreneurship and organizing for innovation in the era of big data.
