Maria de Fátima Moreira Oliveira Leite Silva
completed her Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management at the Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave (IPCA) in Portugal. She has recently been admitted to the Master's program in Human Resource Management at the same institution. Balancing academic studies with professional experience as a working student, she brings a practical and insightful perspective to topics related to management and tourism. Her main research interests include internal marketing, employee engagement, people management, sustainable tourism, and the integration of theory and practice within organizational contexts.
