María-José Foncubierta-Rodríguez
Associate Professor. Full-time profe Nowssor. Department of Management, University of Cádiz (UCA). Her research lines goes in direction with innovative fields: the competencies of the PI as a leader of research groups, and the competencies of leaders to manage employee Happiness and Well-being at work. In both cases, the aim is to help comply with SDG-8 and SDG-3. She transfered the research findings through articles, books, book chapters (WoS, Scopus, Scielo, Latindex, etc), conferences, research meetings, and media. She collaborated with transfer actions to the social environment: Collaboration with the City Council of Algeciras (projects “Algeciras Digital Challenge”, of the EU, and “Agenda 2020”); Evaluator in R+D+i Awards of the Technological Campus Foundation of Algeciras. -Training of young researchers, being co-director of two doctoral theses already defended and three theses in progress. -From the 1996 to 2020 holding positions as manager at the University of Cádiz: a) Sub-coordinator of Studies at the University School EUEJE (UCA); b) Coordinator of the Business Economics Area at University School EUEJE (UCA) until 2010; c) Director of the Headquarters of the Faculty of Economic and Business Administration Sciences at the Bahía de Algeciras Campus since April 2012 to December 2020. - Principal Investigator (PI) of the Research Group SEJ 058 “Cátedra de Estudios Jurídicos y Económicos delCampo de Gibraltar “Francisco Tomás y Valiente”,PAIDI, Junta de Andalucía (Spain).
