Ma. del Rocío Soto Flores
Doctor in Business Administration and Management from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia in Barcelona, Spain. She is a specialist in economics of technological change and competitiveness and industrial innovation. She is a Level I Researcher of the National System of Researchers and a teacher of the Master of Business Administration for Sustainability and the Master of Science in Business Administration of the National Polytechnic Institute, she has directed postgraduate theses, and published various articles and chapters of books related to its Line of Generation and Application of Knowledge.
