She holds an MBA with dual specialization in Human Resource Management and Finance. With a strong academic foundation and a passion for innovation in business practices, her research interests lie at the intersection of technology, modern management practices and trends, and global industry trends. She is actively engaged in guiding MBA students in research projects and academic development. Her current research focuses on AI-Driven Adaptation and Management Strategies for Advanced smart Fabrication in Global Manufacturing Enterprises, exploring how artificial intelligence can enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. As a dedicated academic and emerging researcher, she strives to contribute to the evolving landscape of smart manufacturing and its implications for future-ready enterprises.
