Dr.
Manisha Singh
is an Assistant Professor at the Business School, VIT Bhopal University, Madhya Pradesh. She holds a Doctorate in Management from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal, with a specialization in Human Resource Management. Her doctoral research focused on the “Impact of Employer Brand on Employee Retention.” Dr. Singh also holds an MBA with dual specializations in Finance and HRM from Punjab Technical University and an M.Com. from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. With 18 years of diverse experience in both industry and academia, she has established herself as a distinguished academician. Her research expertise includes Employer Branding, Employee Retention, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Finance. Dr. Singh has a prolific publication record in renowned international and national journals, including SCOPUS-indexed works. She has also contributed chapters to books published by leading publishers and actively participates in national and international conferences. In addition, Dr. Singh has organized short-term courses, serves as an external paper setter, and is a reviewer for several esteemed journals. She holds design patents, reflecting her innovative approach and commitment to research excellence.
