Maminirina Fenitra Rakotoarisoa
Rakotoarisoa Maminirina Fenitra
holds a Ph.D. in Management Science from Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR), Indonesia. He is currently a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Management, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), and a Lecturer & International Research Fellow at Universitas Indonesia. His academic journey spans teaching and research appointments across Indonesia, Malaysia, Madagascar, and Pakistan. His research focuses on management science, particularly human resource management, organizational behavior, leadership, and their intersections with sustainability, well-being, and digital transformation. Dr. Fenitra has published extensively in reputable international journals and book chapters with publishers such as IGI Global, Emerald Publishing, and Springer Nature, and he holds a Scopus H-index of 12. He also serves as a Web of Science–certified reviewer, having reviewed numerous works for journals including ACTA Psychologica, Business Process Management Journal, Cogent Business & Management, and the International Journal of Productivity and Performance Management. In addition, he is a member of the editorial board of several journals, including the International Journal of Economics and Business Issues and the Southeast Asian Business Review, and he provides consultancy in journal management, accreditation, and indexation.
