Magdalena Ramírez-Peña
Magdalena Ramírez-Peña
is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design of the University of Cadiz since 2024. PhD in Manufacturing, Materials and Environmental Engineering at the University of Cadiz (2021). My main research areas include occupational safety and health, sustainability in the Industry 4.0 supply chain, and manufacturing process innovation. I have published numerous articles in high impact scientific journals and have contributed to several book chapters on unconventional manufacturing technologies and sustainability in the shipbuilding industry. As part of the TEP-027 INTELMAFA research group, I have participated in international and national conferences, presenting research on energy management, artificial intelligence in technology project management and sustainability in the shipbuilding industry. In addition, he has worked in competitive research projects and has contributed to the transfer of knowledge to the productive sector through contracts with companies such as Navantia S.A.
