Madison N. Ngafeeson

Dr. Madison Ngafeeson is a Professor of Analytics, and Director of the Business Data Analytics Program at Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida, USA. Dr. Ngafeeson holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the University of Texas-RGV, Texas, a master’s degree in information systems from Southern University at New Orleans in Louisiana, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Buea, Cameroon. His also obtained his business analytics certificate from the Harvard Business Analytics Program at Harvard University. Dr. Ngafeeson began his early career in the medical laboratory sciences and dentistry. He later transitioned to the non-profit management sector before joining the academia. His research interests lie in the intersection of technology implementation and human behavior, covering subjects like resistance to technology, the impacts of digitization, analytics, and big data. His publications appear in reputable international conferences such as the Decision Sciences Institute and the European Conference on Information Systems, as well as journal outlets like the Behaviour & Information Technology journal, the Journal of Systems and Information Technology, and the Journal of Information Technology Education. In the past few years, he has won multiple awards for his contribution to research, innovation, and leadership.
