Madhavi Damle
is an Assistant Professor at the Symbiosis Institute of Digital and Telecom Management (SIDTM), with over 16 years of academic experience and 17 years in industry domains including Electronics, IT, and Banking. She holds a Ph.D. in Innovation Management from NMIMS Mumbai, alongside degrees in Physics, Communication & Electronics Engineering, and an MBA. Her interest in Digital Transformation, Organisational Innovation, Strategic Management, and Technologies in Management integrates academic depth with industry insight in areas such as e-business, business statistics, and technology-led innovation in education and finance.
