Maaike Stoops
Maaike Stoops
is the Head of the Research and Development Department in LINKIT B.V. She is a strategic innovation leader focused on helping organizations navigate an unpredictable world by fostering relevance and adaptability. With a strong academic foundation from Delft University of Technology—including a Master’s in Strategic Product Design (2012–2015), a Bachelor’s in Industrial Design Engineering (2008–2011), and a Minor in Software Development (2010–2011)—she combines design thinking, technical acumen, and future-oriented strategy. With experience leading, software, customer experience and solution advisor teams in an IT context since 2016, Maaike drives forward-thinking transformation through vision-setting, trend research, and ecosystem analysis. She spearheads hands-on experimentation in the Innovation Lab, applying agile methodologies to anticipate future challenges and opportunities for clients, colleagues, and partners. Her work bridges strategic foresight with practical execution, ensuring that innovation is not only visionary but also actionable—equipping organizations to thrive in rapidly evolving landscapes. Maaike’s expertise lies in translating complexity into clarity, helping businesses stay ahead by embedding adaptability into their core strategies while maintaining a relentless focus on what matters most in the long term.
