Luisa Lopes
Luísa Lopes
has been, since 1999, an assistant professor at the Bragança Polytechnic University. She holds a PhD in business and management studies with a focus on marketing and strategic management awarded by the University of Porto. She held several management and marketing positions in industry and services. Her research interests include relationship marketing, public and nonprofit marketing, services marketing, higher education teaching, sustainable tourism and marketing, crisis management, retail and consumer marketing. At the Bragança Polytechnic University she holds various organizational positions and has been promoting numerous academic events. She attends national and international scientific conferences as speaker. As a researcher she serves as reviewer in several scientific journals and integrates the Center of Tourism Research, Development and Innovation (CiTUR) and the Applied Management Research Unit (UNIAG)
