Luis Hernandez
is an instructional designer and educational consultant with over 20 years of experience in bilingual education, instructional technology, and teacher preparation. He is the co-founder of Enabling Learning LLC, where he develops AI-powered tools and hybrid professional development models to support multilingual educators. His work integrates constructivist approaches with emerging technologies to foster inclusive, effective learning environments for preservice and in-service teachers.
