Lothar Winnen
Lothar Winnen
is a lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences Südwestfalen in Iserlohn. He teaches in the field of business administration, particularly in the areas of marketing, entrepreneurship and accounting. Lothar Winnen conducts research in the fields of strategic human resource management and marketing. Lothar Winnen studied business administration at RWTH Aachen University and later at the Business and Information Technology School, Iserlohn. At the end of 2015 he successfully completed his doctoral programme at the Universidad Europea Madrid in the subject area of human capital management.
