Lisa Dotterweich Bryan

Lisa Dotterweich Bryan received her M.A. and Ph.D. from Kent State University in Public Policy/Political Science in 2009. Her research interests include education policy and digital government. Her research focuses on the impacts and public opinion of school choice policies, cyberbullying, e-government, and the impacts of smartphone apps on voter turnout. She has taught as an adjunct in Upper Iowa University’s MPA program for four years. She has published works in a number of journals including the Journal of Information Technology & Politics and Social Science Quarterly.
