Lauren Amber Holly Crabb
Lauren Crabb
is Director of International, Partner Colleges and Apprenticeships in the Faculty of Health, Education, Medicine and Social Care at Anglia Ruskin University, UK. She is passionate about the internationalisation of Higher Education in all its forms and believes in the power of education for all. She has worked to provide opportunities for learners in a range of countries to gain internationally recognised qualifications and share best practice with colleagues. Lauren was awarded her PhD in 2016 from the University of Essex which focused on the social and environmental claims surrounding the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil. Lauren has also published on ethnography, sustainability at sports mega-events and hydro-electric dam construction in Mato Grosso, Brazil and more recently on the construction of a new sustainable city in the Philippines. Lauren is a Senior Fellow of the HEA.
