Lakshmi Bhooshetty is an accomplished Assistant Professor with over a decade of experience teaching accounting subjects. She is a certified US Certified Management Accountant (CMA), demonstrating her expertise in financial planning, analysis, and control. Known for her productivity-driven mindset and leadership skills, Dr. Bhooshetty has served as a program coordinator, enhancing her organizational abilities. Her research primarily focuses on Human Resource topics, with a recent publication in Management Review Quarterly (Springer Nature) titled “Rejuvenating Human Resource Accounting Research: A Review Using Bibliometric Analysis.” This sole-authored paper explores the intellectual structure of Human Resource Accounting, identifying research gaps and future trajectories. Dr. Bhooshetty's expertise spans Human Resource Management, Intellectual Capital, Human Capital, and Voluntary Disclosure. She continues to blend her teaching experience with research pursuits, aiming to make impactful contributions in both academic and business settings.
