Kwok-Boon Chang
Kwok-Boon Chang
is a lecturer in the finance department at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology. He is interested in economics and finance research, particularly on stock markets and financial modeling. Kwok-Boon completed his Master's Degree in International Finance from Universiti Malaysia Sabah, where his thesis was the first paper in Malaysia to discover a non-linear relationship between foreign ownership and stock price efficiency. He was also selected as one of the top 5 finalists in the Bursa In-Depth Equity Analysis (Bursa IDEA) research competition organized by the Malaysian stock exchange (Bursa Malaysia) in 2023. Driven by curiosity, he seeks to explore unanswered questions in the world of finance and hopes to make significant contributions to the body of knowledge. In addition to his teaching and research, Kwok-Boon is actively involved in the university community, serving as the advisor for various competitions at the national and international levels.
