Koteswara Rao Vemavarapu
has been working as Assistant Professor at the School of Business in Bahrain Polytechnic since 2022 and he worked as Faculty in the Commercial Studies Division, Bahrain Training Institute (BTI), Ministry of Education, Kingdom of Bahrain from 2006 to 2022. He has over 24 years of teaching experience and five years of industry experience. He was involved in delivering courses of Edexcel, BNQF, Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT, UK), and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD, UK). His experience as a Program Manager (HR and Accounting), Internal Verifier, Chairman of a Mapping Panel and Conformation Panel Member, Divisional Timetable Coordinator, and Social Committee member is remarkable. His specialization is setting up accounting systems and controls for an organization. His research interests include Performance Management and the impact of technological advancement on HR. He has published research papers in reputed journals, presented papers at conferences, conducted workshops, and served as a resource person for national and international conferences.
