Khalid Al-Badri
Khalid Saeed Lateef Al-Badri
is an Assistance Professor of Electronics and Communication Engineering at the University of Samarra, Iraq. He specializes in metamaterials, electromagnetic interference (EMI) control, energy harvesting, and biomedical applications. He has over 50 peer-reviewed publications, including articles in IEEE and Nature. With a robust academic career that began at the University of Tikrit—where he served as Director of the Training and Development Center—Khalid has been at the University of Samarra since 2012, as an Assistance Professor. In addition to his teaching and research responsibilities, he manages the university’s computer center, contributing to the digital infrastructure and IT operations. Khalid’s research spans metamaterials, electromagnetic interference (EMI) control, energy harvesting technologies, and biomedical applications. His work has resulted in over 50 peer-reviewed publications, including articles in high-impact journals such as IEEE and Nature, and he has presented at numerous international conferences. His expertise also includes simulation and modeling using tools like CST, MATLAB, and various programming languages (C++, C#, PHP, SQL).
