Kelly D. Bradley

Kelly D. Bradley is a Professor and Chair of Educational Policy Studies and Evaluation in the College of Education at the University of Kentucky. Her research is anchored in quantitative methods, measurement, and assessment, and she has been awarded over 3 million dollars as PI, co-PI, or Co-I. She has held multiple leadership roles within AERA and is active in disseminating her work through presentation, invited talks, and peer-reviewed publications. She has been recognized as an outstanding advisor and teacher, and her students have gone on to serve in prominent roles in state education, academia, measurement boards, and evaluation organizations. Dr. Bradley holds a PhD in quantitative research, evaluation, and measurement with a cognate in sociology from The Ohio State University, a M.S. in statistics from the University of South Carolina, a B.S. in mathematics and sociology and a B.A. in mathematics education from Fairmont State University.
