Keiichi Ogawa
Keiichi Ogawa
is a Professor/ Department Chair at the Graduate School of International Cooperation Studies at Kobe University and an Honorary Professor at Kyrgyz National University/ National University of Laos/ University of Dhaka. He has held various positions, including Adjunct Professor at Teachers College, Columbia University/ George Washington University, Affiliate Professor at The University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, Governing Board Member of the UNESCO International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP), and Education Economist at the World Bank. His research interest lies in economics of education, education finance, comparative international education, and public policy in the education sector. He has worked on development assistance activities in over 30 countries and has authored or co-edited eleven books and over 150 journal articles/book chapters.
