Karia Doreen MacAulay
Karia MacAulay
has a PhD in Business Administration and her dissertation focused on identity in the workplace and its role in change management within the government sector. Before obtaining her PhD, she worked as an HR Practitioner and Director in both for profit and non-profit organizations. Throughout her career she has worked to and studied how to make organizations more effective and inclusive places to work. She has worked with for-profit, non-profit, and higher education organizations to help them cope with the stress and complexities of our current reality. She has also worked predominately in diversity, equity, and inclusion with a goal of ensuring employees are working in a civil and productive environment. She is currently a Professor of Instruction for the Information Systems and Management Department in the Muma College of Business.
