Kantha Dayaram

Kantha Dayaram is an Associate Professor in employment relations and global human resource management at Curtin University. She teaches and consults in the areas of international regulatory frameworks that support equitable employment. Her research interests include remote and flexible work arrangements, work and well-being and mature age employment. Her most recent research on Work Strain and Health Consequences and, International Industrial Relations have been published in leading Industrial Relations journals and various professional and media outlets.
