Kande Archana
Kande Archana
is an accomplished academic and researcher with an extensive background in engineering and technology. She holds a BTech degree (2002), an MTech degree (2011), and is currently pursuing her PhD(Thesis Submitted) at JNTU Hyderabad. Her achievements include securing a prestigious grant of ₹17,40,000 for a DST-funded project from 2016 to 2019, highlighting her ability to lead significant research initiatives. Her accolades are numerous, including the Young Researcher Award (2023) from INSc, the IEI Best Division Award (Sept 2023) from The Institute of Engineers India, and the Outstanding Woman Award (Nov 2023) from Deccun International Academic Publisher. She has also been received with the Best Teacher Award from Malla Reddy Institute of Engineering and Technology for three consecutive years (2021, 2022, 2023), and also received as a Best Teacher Award from Malla Reddy College of Engineering, Hyderabad in 2024 Currently, Mrs. Archana is an Assistant Professor at Malla Reddy College of Engineering, where she has been serving since 2019. Prior to this, she held teaching roles at MLR Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2019, accumulating 15 years of academic and research experience. Her research interests span diverse fields such as Image Processing, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Cloud Computing, and Blockchain Technology. She has contributed significantly to academic literature, having published 7 patents, 5 book chapters, 4 textbooks, and over 45 research papers in various journals and conferences. She has also actively participated in organizing and attending more than 60 FDPs, workshops, seminars, and webinars. As a reviewer, Mrs. Archana has been involved with various international conferences and journals, such as IJCSM and several IEEE-sponsored events. Her commitment to practical education is evident through her efforts to bridge theory with practice, leveraging platforms like CODETANTRA and encouraging students to undertake community-focused innovative projects. Additionally, she has played key roles in institutional accreditation processes, including NBA and NAAC, and is deeply involved in promoting professional career growth for her students.
