Kalyan Chakradhar Regula
is an experienced Engineering Director with over 15 years in cloud solutions for device, application, and user management. As a Principal Engineering Manager at Microsoft, he leads the development of advanced security solutions using machine learning to process billions of security signals, safeguarding Azure services with strong authentication protocols. He holds over 20 patents in device management, security, and user authentication, highlighting his commitment to innovation. Previously, as VMware’s Director of Engineering, he scaled the Win10 Unified Endpoint Management business to multi-million-dollar success, establishing quality-driven practices and automation frameworks. His earlier roles included engineering leadership at VMware AirWatch, optimizing device management for Apple and Android platforms, and a foundational software engineering position at Aurigo Software Technologies.Technically adept in C#, SQL, GoLang, .NET Core, AWS, and Azure Synapse, he is skilled in building scalable, secure systems and advocates for agile methodologies. He holds a Master’s in Computer Science from Clemson University and dual degrees from BITS, Pilani.
